Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or the date and place you purchased the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer-service@wardellappservices.com with the following information:
- Name
- Phone or email
- Item name or description
- Date purchased
- Place purchased (i.e. Website, Facebook, event-include event name, etc)
- How you paid (i.e. cash, credit card, Venmo, etc.)
- Explanation as to why you are returning the item(s)
- Attach any receipt or invoice that you have received
Any information about the item will help us determine how we can help you with the return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, can not be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. We take great care with the ordering process of custom orders as to make sure we are creating your custom order to your specifications, however, we do acknowledge that sometimes we can make a mistake. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will try our best to work with you and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email at customer-service@wardellappservices.com and we will send you instructions on how to exchange your product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
